The fitness classes are based on the registration. They will take place if there are registered a minimum of 4 people and 4 hours before the start of the classes.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FITNESS CLASSES
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING - consists of generally development exercises, which is held in the form of circuit workout. It’s the perfect training for strengthening the body, and alternating aerobic exercises with reinforcing exercises improve the shape and develop all muscle groups.
ZUMBA – is a combination of dance and aerobic, inspired by Latin rhythms., Zumba shapes and firms the figure and improves the condition through the great fun. During classes, you can burn about 600-800 kcal at one time, sculpt your body and also de-stress. Step sequences are pleasant and easy to dance, the classes are for everyone without age and condition restrictions.
Sylwia Fundanicz – is a Zumba® fitness instructor since 2016, moreover she has been in love with it for many years. Sylwia is a small, but a very loud energy bomb. She puts all his heart, joy and passion into the exercises, that you can see during the classes. It proves that you can combine the basic dance moves with the fitness exercises and during the fitness you can not only do the desired workout at an irregular interval but also have fun.
